Transformational Leadership as the Answer to Improving Employee Organizational Commitment and OCB

This study aims to examine the effect of transformational leadership on organizational commitment and its impact on employee OCB. This study uses explanatory quantitative research on 20 BUMN Manufacturing Cluster companies in Indonesia with 80 respondents who were processed using the SEM-PLS approach. The results show that transformational leadership directly affects organizational commitment in the Manufacturing Cluster BUMN companies in Indonesia, transformational leadership directly affects the OCB of employees in Manufacturing Cluster BUMN companies in Indonesia, and transformational leadership indirectly affects employees' OCB. Through organizational commitment in Manufacturing Cluster BUMN companies in Indonesia, as well as organizational commitment influencing OCB of employees in Manufacturing Cluster BUMN companies in Indonesia.
